چکیده
Developmental venous anomaly (DVA)/ Cerebral Venous Angioma is the most common type of cerebral vascular malformations, mostly an incidental benign finding. But there are documented associated complications like parenchymal signal abnormalities, thrombosis, cavernous malformations and atrophy.
In this report, we present a unique case DVA with cortical changes mimicking Glioma. Altered haemodynamics in underlying pathophysiology for these changes. Correct MRI interpretation, by expert neuroradiologist, can establish diagnosis its related Therefore, it reduce morbidity mortality preventing unnecessary invasive procedures biopsy diagnosis.

A unique pulmonary venous abnormality: with associated pulmonary arterial anomaly and arteriovenous malformation.
A man aged 29 was first seen at the age of 11, when he was found to have a congenital anomaly of the pulmonary veins which follow an abnormal course to the hilum. On the left side, two large veins descend peripherally before turning medially towards the left atrium; on the right, several smaller veins follow a similar circuitous route from the periphery, before uniting into two main veins which...

However, examination of the individual patient's ocular characteristics as well as facial characteristics may often reveal a cause of the visual field defect. متن کاملAn anomalous developmental venous anomaly.
Developmental venous anomalies (DVA) are congenital variants of cerebral veins, found incidentally at autopsy in 2.6% of the population, which are most often asymptomatic. Symptomatic compression of a cranial nerve by the collecting vein of a DVA is extremely rare, such as tinnitus from compression of the vestibulocochlear nerve. A 51-year-old man presented with 1 week of intermittent vertigo a...
